Shipping policy

Free shipping is provided on all Semco orders 

All orders will be dispatched on the next business day unless otherwise notified. 

The cutoff time for next day dispatch is 7pm Sunday through Thursday. We will always try to reduce the dispatch time if possible. 

Couriers may ship with a number of different providers such as Aramex, Couriers Please, TNT or others. These couriers cannot ship to PO Boxes, as such we require a physical address to ship to.  

Shipping times depend on your location. We always look around for the best option. Generally:

Sydney - 1-2 days,

NSW, Melbourne, Brisbane -  2-3 days

Adelaide, QLD and VIC - 3-4 days

SA - 4-5 days

WA and NT - 5 -7 days. 

You will receive an email on dispatch and arrival as well as periodically through the shipping cycle so you know what to expect. 

In the event that an item becomes lost in transit by a third party courier company, we will, of course, ship a new item. In order for an item to be regarded as lost, the courier company must conclude their investigation and deem it so. Soozal will not ship a new item until after the investigation is concluded. The purchaser may be provided with access to the investigation progress.
